From the moment you arrive at our Canton facility, you’ll be the craftsperson guiding raw sheet metal into precise, high‑quality parts. You’ll set up the CNC press brake, dial in programs and tooling, and shape components to exact specifications—then verify every bend meets our standards.

You’ll review blueprints and work orders, confirm materials and tooling, and run first‑piece checks. Throughout the shift, you’ll operate the CNC press brake to form parts, perform in‑process inspections, and document results. You’ll also pitch in with teammates to refine setups, reduce waste, and streamline throughput. Before you clock out, you’ll complete routine maintenance—checking tooling condition, lubricating where needed—and reset your station so the next job starts clean and safe.

• Set up and operate CNC press brake equipment to bend and form metal parts per specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to plan and execute jobs.
• Inspect finished work to verify quality and conformance to requirements.
• Complete basic preventive maintenance to keep machines running optimally.
• Collaborate with peers to improve process efficiency and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures.

• High school diploma or GED; technical training in CNC operations is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience operating a CNC press brake or comparable forming equipment.
• Working knowledge of CNC programming concepts and machine operation.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand manufacturing documentation.
• Keen attention to detail with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Comfort working both independently and with a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with safety practices in a manufacturing setting.

• Proficient working within a manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to related equipment, including a Punch Press, as part of daily operations.
