Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business, servicing existing accounts, and providing exceptional support to clients throughout the policy lifecycle. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, and take initiative in delivering solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new insurance business through outside sales efforts
• Assist clients with policy quotes, coverage recommendations, and carrier options
• Service your accounts with changes, endorsements, and renewals
• Clearly explain insurance coverages, options, and exclusions to clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in agency management systems
• Work with multiple carriers to obtain competitive quotes and identify the best coverage solutions
• Provide prompt, professional responses to all client inquiries
• Collaborate with team members to meet agency goals while also working independently

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License (required)
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• High sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines and quotas
• Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism
• Strong aptitude for learning carrier guidelines and quoting systems
• Proficiency with computers and agency management software
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to think independently and solve problems effectively
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude
