Responsibilities Act as the manager on duty during the evening and night hours Ensure smooth and efficient front desk operations Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care Perform Night Audit procedures, including daily closing and reconciliation Support, guide, and assist front desk team members Ensure hotel safety and guest satisfaction during overnight hours Qualifications Previous front desk or night audit experience (hotel experience preferred) Strong leadership and decision‑making skills Excellent communication and guest service abilities Reliable, organized and able to work independently Compensation $19.50 - $22 hourly #J-18808-Ljbffr
