About the Role:

The Warehouse Employee PM plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of inventory and materials during the evening shift. This position is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by receiving, storing, and distributing products in a timely manner while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The role requires close collaboration with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. The Warehouse Employee PM contributes to the overall success of the supply chain by ensuring that all processes comply with company policies and safety regulations. Ultimately, this position helps maintain the flow of goods to meet customer demands and supports the company’s commitment to quality and service excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts (certification preferred but not required).
• Basic math and reading skills to accurately process orders and inventory.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift certification or other relevant warehouse equipment certifications.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience working evening or night shifts.
• Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar applications.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations to optimize space and accessibility.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer specifications.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth shift transitions and operational continuity.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations during all warehouse activities.
