CoWorx Staffing Services is hiring for an Operations Support Specialist in the Kennesaw, GA area to support our premier client, Yamaha Motor's Retail Servicing Department, working closely with customers, dealers, and internal teams to ensure high service quality and compliance. The role involves both administrative and customer-facing responsibilities, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. Employment Type: Full-time Work Environment: The role is fast-paced, requiring the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain compliance with legal and company standards. Candidates should be comfortable working in a customer service and administrative capacity within a corporate finance/retail servicing context.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include: composing routine correspondence for customers and dealers, performing mail merges and managing incoming mail (receiving, sorting, distributing daily), collaborating with management to create departmental reports, investigating and following up on unidentified checks, coordinating with dealers, customers, financial institutions, and servicers, facilitating documentation for internal and external audit requests, handling incoming calls, providing basic customer information, and managing voicemail forwarding, collecting documents from dealers and dispatching correspondence, uploading customer documents into appropriate systems, adhering to company policies and state/federal regulations for customer communication, supporting Recovery, Repossession & Remarketing Administrators, and performing other duties as assigned.

Desired Background/Skills:

Education: Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience. Experience: Minimum 4 years in customer service. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), strong data entry skills with emphasis on accuracy, high attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
