Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the Role:Nurtured Roots Counseling (Munawar LLC) is seeking a fully licensed Mental Health Therapist to join out team!We are looking for someone who is interested in working with couples/ family systems who will maintain a balanced outpatient caseload within a practice with flexibility of scheduling.Interested or know someone who may be a good fit Reach out to us for more information!View email address on click.appcast.io:Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions to clients with a range of mental health concernsConduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plansMaintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standardsMonitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as neededCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, whole-person careMaintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with state licensure requirementsParticipate in case consultations, supervision, and ongoing professional developmentRequirements:Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related fieldActive Wisconsin state licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) -Fully Licensed OnlyExperience and confidence in working with couples and family systemsExperience providing evidence-based therapeutic modalitiesComfortable working with adolescents (14+) and adults in individual and family settingsExcellent communication, empathy, and active listening skillsStrong clinical, organizational, and communicative skillsAbility to maintain professional boundaries and manage a diverse caseload while maintaining client-centered and culturally responsive careExperience with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferredAbility and willingness to work with a multidisciplinary teamBenefits and perksFlexible scheduling and autonomy over caseloadcompetitive - commission based incomeFull-time biller and administrative staff supportCompany paid CEU membership401 (k) retirement plan availableFully furnished office, EHR, and computer provided.Access to collaborative clinical team and consultationAbout Us:Nurtured Roots Counseling (Munawar LLC) is a trusted mental health practice based in Brookfield, WI, committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care to individuals and families in the community.
