Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health travel assignment in Albuquerque, NM. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, one-on-one patient care in the comfort of patients’ homes, making a direct and meaningful impact on their health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care in a home health setting
Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and prescribed treatments
Deliver wound care and monitor healing progress
Educate patients and families on disease management and care plans
