Reg Cardiac Sonographer Peds PRN-Echocardiography

Echocardiographer
To obtain 2D and 3D echocardiograms with color and Spectral Doppler at the patient's bedside and in Echo Lab. Perform Stress Echocardiograms and Dobutamine Stress echocardiograms as requested. Assist Cardiologist with TEE and Intracardiac Echo in the Cardiac Cath Lab. Rotate hospital on call schedule, arriving within 45 minutes of call.
Preferably 3-5 years experience in echo including 2D Doppler, Color Doppler and TEE.
RDCS or RCIS Filing, data entry into the computer, answering phones and giving reports to physicians.
Some higher education other than High School Preferred.
Must obtain ARDMS or CCI certifications for Adult Echocardiography as required by each entity within 6 months of employment.
PRN, varies.
