Note: New York bar admission is required to be considered for this role. Candidates without active NY licensure will not be moved forward. Job Description Manage general litigation and product liability matters independently from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and all related litigation filings with precision and strategic intent Conduct depositions, handle court appearances, and lead motion practice with confidence Prepare for and attend mediations, alternative dispute resolution proceedings, and trial Perform in-depth legal research and deliver clear, actionable strategic advice to clients Retain and collaborate with expert witnesses to strengthen case strategy Negotiate settlements effectively while maintaining strong client relationships Partner with senior attorneys and legal support staff across the firm’s geographic footprint Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with all court and procedural requirements Qualifications Active admission to practice law in the State of New York (required) 3+ years of experience in general litigation and/or product liability Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills Strong ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across a team Admission in New Jersey, Connecticut, and/or Pennsylvania is a plus Federal Court experience is a plus Benefits Dental insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Orion Placement
