We are seeking a Quality Compliance Specialist to join a manufacturing team in Ansonia, CT. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys maintaining quality standards, supporting audits, and ensuring documentation and processes meet established requirements.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and review quality documentation, records, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.Support the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure procedures are followed.Assist with internal and external audits and help ensure documentation meets applicable standards.Identify compliance gaps, document findings, and support corrective and preventive actions.Work with quality and production teams to address issues and improve processes.Maintain accurate records and support traceability and continuous improvement initiatives.Help ensure company procedures and quality requirements are consistently followed.QualificationsPrevious experience in quality assurance, quality compliance, or a manufacturing quality environment.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Ability to review documentation, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Computer skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with quality systems, audits, and corrective actions is preferred.Why Apply?First-shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.Competitive pay of $28–$32 per hour, depending on experience.Opportunity to contribute to quality and compliance within a manufacturing environment.Interested in taking the next step in your quality career?
