Location This position is located at 615 Ernest West Barrett Parkway, Cobb, Georgia, 30144 United States Role Summary Reclectic is growing and opening a new location in Kennesaw, GA! We are looking for a part-time Key Holder to join this team. A Key Holder contributes to creating a customer-centric environment by supporting the store leadership team in excellent customer service, daily store objectives, consistent product flow and leading the team to achieve overall store goals. Role Responsibilities Customer Experience Initiates conversation with customers as they enter the store and informs them of current promotions Contributes to a selling environment by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product information and pricing Delivers a seamless shopping experience through understanding of product, pricing strategy, and utilization of technology Supports the customer in-store pickup process including loading of furniture into vehicles Leadership + Team Management Leads the store environment and customer experience with managing and adjusting the daily zone chart, driving sales, and maximizing productivity in all store areas Acts as an elevated team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer’s experience Provides timely and specific employee feedback to create a culture of action and accountability Provides insight on associate performance to the leadership team for development Visual + Business Operations Maintains standards and cleanliness by supporting daily tasks to create the best possible store environment; collaborates with key partners to receive and place new product Supports daily opening and closing procedures along with ensuring product pricing and promotions are executed and signed accurately Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store Communication + Relationships Actively participates in daily meetings and takes initiative in teaching and sharing of product knowledge Checks in with leadership to maintain communication and teamwork on completing store objectives Assists the Associate team in their growth and problem solving; supports new hire onboarding in their orientation and zone development Role Qualifications Leadership experience Great communicator able to set clear objectives and follow through Must be comfortable on a ladder and have ability to lift and push more than 50lbs Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays The Perks URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
