• Four-day work week

Compensation & Recruitment Package:
• Competitive yearly salary range: $138,000 - $160,000 , based on experience

Job Qualifications:
• Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Washington license or eligibility
• Family Medicine, Primary Care, Rural Health, or related outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with patients and families
• Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
• Comfortable practicing with autonomy in a rural medicine setting
