What You'll Do

• Provide excellent care for antepartum, laboring, and postpartum patients
• Circulate during C-sections and assist with outpatient triage
• Administer magnesium sulfate therapy and manage postpartum hemorrhage, including blood administration and Jada device use
• Support labor inductions (Balloon, Cytotec, Pitocin) and couplet care
• Collaborate with charge nurses, support staff, and physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize Meditech Expanse and GE Centricity Perinatal EMR systems for charting
• Follow hospital protocols for infection control and patient safety during COVID-19 pandemic

What You Need

• Required:
  • Valid RN license in Louisiana or eligible for licensure
  • Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, NRP, FHM certifications
  • Minimum 1-year experience in labor & delivery or NICU settings
  • Strong skills in magnesium sulfate therapy, postpartum hemorrhage management, and couplet care
• Preferred:
  • Experience in Level 3 NICU or high-acuity OB units
