Details Labor & Delivery unit within a hospital setting High-risk and high-acuity obstetric patient population Experience at a high-volume delivery center (200-300 deliveries/month) required within the past year Uses EPIC EMR, with EPIC STORK experience preferred Night shift, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), 36 hours/week Every third weekend required No on-call requirements May float within the same discipline across local campuses Must be comfortable floating to Post-Partum 1-2 shifts per week Requirements Active IA RN license or compact RN license required Current certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC), ACLS (AHA or ARC), AWHONN for fetal monitoring, and NRP Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required Circulating experience required High-risk experience required High-acuity experience required Experience at a high-volume delivery center (200-300 deliveries/month) within the past year required Scrub experience preferred Multiple completed travel contracts preferred Driver's license required for consideration Professional reference from a supervisor, charge nurse, manager, director, CNO, or COO within the past 24 months preferred Additional Information Contribute professional and clinical knowledge as part of an interdisciplinary care team Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position Holiday coverage required, including 2 of 3 winter holidays (Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving) Limited time-off requests permitted during peak holiday periods Candidates previously employed by the facility within the past 12 months may not be eligible for consideration First-time travelers may be considered American Traveler Job ID P-749517.
