El Director Asociado de Ventas de Campo será el líder de crecimiento local en el mercado y tendrá supervisión sobre los canales de ventas al consumidor y corredores locales. En este rol, él o ella liderará el desarrollo de planes de crecimiento para el mercado y dirigirá un equipo de vendedores que generan nuevas inscripciones de pacientes a través de varios canales, incluyendo la interacción con corredores de planes de salud, la comunidad y personas mayores individuales, usando enfoques B2B y B2C. Los equipos de ventas se relacionan con pacientes potenciales aprovechando relaciones sólidas con socios comunitarios y corredores, organizan eventos que presentan nuestra marca y modelo de atención, y apoyan actividades de salud y bienestar en nuestros centros de atención primaria, en la comunidad y virtualmente. Estos equipos cultivan y cierran leads generados a través de estas actividades para lograr los objetivos de ventas en el mercado. Responsabilidades Actuar como el líder de ventas local para un mercado geográfico y, en colaboración con el Presidente del Mercado local, desarrollar una estrategia y plan de crecimiento a nivel de mercado. Contratar y capacitar a los miembros del equipo de ventas al consumidor y a los gerentes de relaciones con corredores para crear una organización de ventas de clase mundial. Optimizar el rendimiento de esta organización de ventas para impulsar el crecimiento máximo del panel de pacientes para el mercado. Motivar, desarrollar y apoyar al equipo de ventas centrado en el consumidor dentro del mercado; gestionar el rendimiento en función de los objetivos de ventas a nivel individual, de clínica y de mercado. Desarrollar y supervisar la estrategia y plan de relaciones con corredores a nivel de mercado; gestionar el rendimiento de los gerentes de relaciones con corredores según los objetivos para el mercado. Construir relaciones con organizaciones comunitarias locales, por ejemplo, minoristas, organizaciones de servicios, bancos de alimentos, etc., para crear asociaciones que apoyen la generación de leads. Generar nuevos programas y fuentes de desarrollo de leads basados en experiencias previas e ideas obtenidas de otros mercados. Optimizar el uso de la herramienta CRM (Salesforce) para el seguimiento de relaciones con corredores y leads de consumidores, apoyando la gestión del rendimiento, análisis y programas de compensación. Actuar como el enlace con las ventas corporativas, marketing y liderazgo analítico de consumidores para influir y aprovechar herramientas, capacidades y mejores prácticas nacionales. Se puede requerir trabajo ocasional en horas de la tarde y fines de semana según las necesidades del negocio. Requisitos Demostrada capacidad para desarrollar estrategia dentro de una organización matricial y ejecutar un plan. Experiencia utilizando una herramienta CRM para maximizar resultados de ventas y estrategia. Conocimiento integral de todas las aplicaciones de Microsoft Office 365. Licencia de conducir válida del estado y prueba de seguro de responsabilidad civil del vehículo personal con límites de al menos 100,000/300,000/100,000. Capacidad para viajar fuera de su mercado local hasta el 20% del tiempo. Bilingüe en español. Gestión del Sistema Salesforce. Título universitario.
