CDL Truck Driver

*Job Summary*
We are seeking reliable and skilled Milk Truck Drivers to join our team. located in the Orwell, St Albans and Swanton areas. The positions includes pickup drivers, delivery drivers and same day pick up and delivery driver. Full and part time available, weekdays and weekends. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking up and/or delivering bulk milk safely and efficiently to the milk plant located in Londonderry, NH . These roles require a strong commitment to safety, adherence to traffic regulations, FMCSA regulations, and Department of Agriculture rules and regulations concerning sampling and delivering of raw milk.

*Duties*

* Weighing, sampling and loading of bulk raw milk from designated farms.
* Ensure the safe delivery of bulk milk to designated milk plant in NH.
* Disassemble, wash and reassemble milk pump at plant.
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
* Follow designated routes while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
* Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding any issues or delays encountered during loading and transport.

*Requirements*

* Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL Class A) with tanker endorsement.
* Clean driving record for the last three years.
* Ability to operate manual transmission effectively.
* Experience with milk hauling or liquid is preferred but not required. Will train the right candidate.
* Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in truck driving.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
* Must pass a drug screening prior to employment.

Pay: $0.90 - $1.00 per mile
