About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of SOX Compliance to lead and oversee all aspects of SOX compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing SOX compliance strategies, collaborating with external firms and internal teams to manage SOX processes and reporting requirements, and contributing to IT infrastructure projects to enhance systems and processes. This role requires a strategic leader who can provide insights and ensure compliance and operational excellence, as well as maintain up-to-date knowledge of SOX regulations and IT advancements. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in SOX compliance or related roles. A preferred 12 years' of experience in compliance, IT infrastructure, or asset management is also noted. The role demands a strong knowledge of SOX regulations and IT infrastructure processes, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are essential, as is the willingness to travel quarterly for organizational events. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and dynamic professional, capable of fostering collaboration and alignment with organizational goals in a remote work environment.
