What You'll Do As a Crew Member, you'll help create an awesome experience for every guest by: Preparing fresh, high-quality food according to Wingstop standards Providing fast, friendly, and accurate customer service Taking orders, handling transactions, and helping guests with questions Preparing wings, fries, sides, and other menu items with speed and attention to quality Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant Following food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Working with your teammates to keep the restaurant running smoothly during busy shifts Restocking supplies and maintaining an organized work area Learning multiple positions and supporting the team wherever needed Bringing a positive attitude and great energy to every shift What We're Looking For We're looking for people who: Are friendly, outgoing, and enjoy working with people Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic Are dependable, punctual, and take pride in their work Thrive in a fast-paced environment Can work well as part of a team Are willing to learn and take on new responsibilities Care about providing great food and excellent customer service Are comfortable staying busy and working with a sense of urgency Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
