Refrigeration Service Technician

Phoenix Mechanical is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician for their Elmsford, NY location. The ideal candidate will already have HVAC work experience and be able to perform repair/maintenance work in a thorough and accurate manner. *Experienced Technicians may be eligible to receive a Sign-On Bonus if hired* What can we offer you? Responsibilities: Services all equipment according to an established service schedule, and company standards and within acceptable time frames as well as troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location. Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns. Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis. Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image. Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate. Job Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver’s license / clean driving record 5+ years of HVAC experience preferred EPA - Universal Certification preferred OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds The starting base wage for this position is $35.00-50.00 per hour.
