Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.Main ResponsibilitiesAssist in the review and analysis of current data practices within lab-based departments, identifying areas for improvement.Support the development and implementation of data pipelines to ensure seamless integration of diverse data sources.Develop and improve dashboards and visualizations to enhance data interpretation and decision-making processes.Utilize digital tools and data analytics to support R&D initiatives and streamline workflows.Work on lab equipment connectivity and ensure seamless integration between Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) systems.Collaborate with senior Scientific Data Transformation Leaders to enhance data quality, accessibility, and integrity according to Findability, Accessibility, Interoperability, and Reusability (FAIR) principles.About YouBasic Qualifications:Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Computer Science, or related fields with plans to graduate by Spring 2029.Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the Internal requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university throughout the duration of the co-op/internship.
