Creative and detail-oriented, the full-time Senior Corporate Communications Specialist will manage internal communications strategies, develop engaging content, and oversee the corporate editorial calendar while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and manage compelling content for various communication channels, ensuring alignment with corporate tone and brand guidelines Own the Corporate Communications editorial calendar, guiding messaging priorities and ensuring timely delivery of content Support internal communications initiatives, including the preparation and logistics for quarterly town halls and company-wide meetings Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations, or marketing communications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, or a related field Proficiency in MS Office (including advanced PowerPoint) and SharePoint; familiarity with AI-driven tools and basic HTML preferred Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work cross-functionally Demonstrated adaptability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
