Janitorial / Floor Care Technician

Now Hiring in Bartlett, TN • Cordova, TN • West Memphis, AR

We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking Janitorial / Floor Care Technicians to join our team! This position is ideal for individuals with experience in commercial cleaning, floor maintenance, carpet cleaning, and general janitorial services.

Job Responsibilities

General janitorial and facility cleaning
Floor waxing, buffing, and stripping
Carpet cleaning and extraction
Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
Maintaining clean and safe work environments
Operating cleaning equipment and floor machines safely

Qualifications

Previous janitorial or floor care experience preferred
Experience with floor waxing and carpet cleaning equipment is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
