Resource Teacher
RCM Healthcare Services
RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a Resource Teacher to support students in partnered school-based healthcare settings. In this role, you will assess learning needs, develop and implement individualized instructional plans, and provide targeted academic and behavioral interventions. You’ll collaborate closely with therapists, clinicians, and school staff, monitor progress using data, and maintain accurate documentation. This position fits educators who thrive in a collaborative, mission-driven environment and want to positively impact student outcomes across diverse educational and healthcare-related programs.
