Urology Physician Assistant

Adventist Health Columbia Gorge is seeking to add a full-time Urology APP (NP or PA) in The Dalles, Oregon. Licensure/Certification:

• Board eligible or board certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state(s) of practice
• Must meet hospital medical staff credentialing standards
