Material Handler

Responsible for handling, storing, and shipping warehouse products, including plastic sheeting.

Unload incoming shipments, inspect materials, and accurately record inventory.

Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate counts and proper storage.

Pick, pack, palletize, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

Operate sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.

Maintain inventory accuracy using WMS (Warehouse Management System) and electronic records.

Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Requires 1-3 years of warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or logistics experience.

Requires 1-3 years of sit-down forklift experience.

Experience with inventory control, picking, packing, palletizing, and staging preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail required.

Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.

Forklift certification is preferred but not required.

Available shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kutztown, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
