Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hour shifts days, nights) Employment Type: Travel Qualifications Current Physical Therapy licensure in Maine Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy BLS certification Minimum 1-year experience as a Physical Therapist Effective communication with patients, families, and facility personnel Acute Care Physical Therapist Contract Details $2,340 - $2,526 per week* for a 13‑week contract with possibility of extension. The setting is acute care. *Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax‑free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Key Responsibilities Provide PT treatment and patient care according to facility guidelines. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers. May delegate and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians.
