Role Description The Community Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Madison, AL responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a multifamily community. This role manages resident relations, including handling inquiries, resolving concerns, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and fostering a welcoming environment. The Community Manager supervises leasing activities, ensures units are marketed effectively, and collaborates with maintenance staff to uphold property standards. They monitor occupancy, budgets, and financial performance, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. The role also involves organizing community events, implementing resident retention initiatives, and partnering with corporate teams to support continuous improvement in operations and resident experience. Qualifications Experience in property or community management, preferably in multifamily housing, with strong skills in resident relations and customer service. Proficiency in leasing practices, rent collections, and basic financial administration, including budgeting and reporting. Ability to coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and unit readiness. Comfort with property management software and technology tools, as well as basic proficiency in office applications. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities on-site. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations respectfully and effectively. Experience in planning and executing resident events or community-building initiatives is beneficial. High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is a plus. Knowledge of fair housing laws and relevant local regulations is preferred. Ability to work on-site in Spring, TX, with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends as needed for community activities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
