Registered Nurse - Nights 12 Hours

This position offers a night shift of 12 hours, working 3 out of 12 days with a 36-hour guarantee. Note that 4/12 shifts are not available.

The Registered Nurse delivers quality nursing care through the utilization of the nursing process. This role involves collaborative work with other healthcare team members to maintain professional nursing practice standards while fostering patient and family-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient.
• Plan and implement nursing care according to patient and family needs.
• Make appropriate interventions based on individual patient needs.
• Evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions.
• Assume personal responsibility for quality patient care and satisfaction.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (REQUIRED)
• Completion of 1 travel assignment (REQUIRED)
• Paragon EMR experience (PREFERRED)
• ACLS certification (PREFERRED)
• Current Michigan nursing license verification required.

Assignment Duration:

This is a 13-week contract position.
