• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 years of cement plant experience
• Strong computer expertise in Excel, Access, IP21, SAP, and SPC
• Field of Study Preferred: Chemical Engineering, Automation Engineering, similar disciplines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Provide technical support to the plant's production, quality, and environmental functions
• Coordinate and participate in improvement of the Plant's technical capabilities
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures
• Promote a culture of safety and adhere to health, safety and environmental policies
• Serve as coach / mentor to CP's in process and other departments
