We’re looking for a passionate College Admissions Coach to mentor high school students (grades 9‑12) and deliver personalized, top‑tier admissions guidance. Based in Palo Alto, CA, we have a strong foothold in Northern California, but our reach is nationwide. About the Role As a College Admissions Coach, you will: Guide students through every stage of the college application process. Communicate with families, keeping them informed and aligned. Help students (9th‑11th grade) select majors and extracurriculars. Support students in applying to extracurricular programs and colleges. Keep students accountable and motivated. Conduct online meetings with students and parents. Who We're Looking For Education: Undergraduate or graduate degree in a STEM, Business, Psychology or related field from a top 25 U.S. university (Ivy League, Stanford, MIT, etc.). Experience: At least 2‑3 years post‑undergraduate or currently in a graduate program. Expertise: Strong background in STEM, Business, Psychology or related disciplines. Availability: 10‑15+ hours/week, with after‑school availability (PST), preferably long‑term commitment (2+ years). Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional writing, speaking, and ability to connect with teens and parents. Mission‑Driven Approach: Passionate about education and mentorship.
