Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology, Cath Lab, procedural areas, ICU, or ER required. Previous travel assignment required. Experience with moderate sedation administration for procedures. IV start experience is a must. License: Must possess an active RN licensure for the relevant state. Certifications: BLS certification required. ACLS certification required. Must-Have: Flu vaccine required; no exemptions allowed. On-call requirement: one weekend call every 4-6 weeks; weekday call once every other week. Description: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our Cath Lab specialty. The ideal candidate will have experience in Interventional Radiology and Cath Lab procedural areas. Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in administering moderate sedation during procedures. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in alignment with best practices. The unit has a daily census of 25-35 patients. Interdisciplinary support is available, including Radiology and Pharmacy services. Candidates should have experience with a variety of processes, including angioplasty and stent placements. A collaborative approach to patient care is required in this role. This position involves rotating on-call coverage, with specific weekend requirements. Your expertise and commitment to patient care will play a vital role in our team's success.
