\n \nPosition Overview
\nWe are hiring on behalf of a high-end hospitality and entertainment venue in Aspen for an experienced Floor Manager to support the General Manager across a multifaceted operation combining a premium supper club, après-ski experience and nightclub environment.
\nThe successful candidate will be an experienced hospitality operator who can lead from the floor, deliver exceptional service standards and help create a structured, professional and high-performing team environment.
\n \nKey Responsibilities

- Support the General Manager with the day-to-day operation of the venue. \n
- Lead front-of-house service and ensure exceptional guest experiences. \n
- Manage and motivate front-of-house teams across multiple activations. \n
- Maintain high service, hospitality and presentation standards. \n
- Assist with staff training, scheduling and performance management. \n
- Ensure SOPs and operational procedures are consistently followed. \n
- Work closely with culinary, bar, security and entertainment teams. \n
- Manage high-volume dinner service and premium guest experiences. \n
- Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively. \n
- Support ownership and senior management in delivering operational objectives. \n
- Help maintain a positive, accountable and team-oriented culture. \n
Candidate Profile
\n- \n
- Proven Floor Manager, Assistant General Manager or similar experience in high-end hospitality. \n
- Strong background in high-volume restaurants, supper clubs, nightlife or entertainment. \n
- Bottle service and nightclub experience highly preferred. \n
- Experience with premium restaurant/entertainment concepts is an advantage. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- Hands-on leader with excellent floor presence. \n
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail. \n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. \n
- Aspen or mountain experience is not required; relocation candidates will be considered. \n
- Degree is not required; relevant hospitality experience is the priority. \n
