Responsibilities Identify cognitive impairments, mood problems and other psycho-social needs in residents. Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation. Review Advanced Directives and provide education to residents and family members as needed. Help provide a smooth admission and discharge process for residents and family members. Other duties as assigned by Administrator. Qualifications Prior experience managing staff is preferred. Ability to work independently or as part of a group. Computer knowledge.
