The business services entertainment + CPG clients, delivering culturally relevant campaigns for some of the world's most recognizable brands. The business has cultivated a dynamic, creative working culture where ideas thrive, and employees are encouraged to contribute meaningfully to both the work and the company's future.This position is perfect for a finance leader who thrives in fast-paced, creative industries and wants to play a pivotal role in shaping the growth trajectory of the business.The RoleThis role will report directly to the CEO and oversee all finance and accounting operations for the agency. The Head of Finance will provide strategic financial leadership, ensure operational efficiency, and deliver actionable insights to support both day-to-day operations and long-term planning.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all finance and accounting functions, including FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and audits.Partner with the CEO and executive team on strategic financial planning and decision-making.Deliver insights on client profitability, project margins, and growth opportunities.Build scalable systems and processes to improve reporting, efficiency, and compliance.Oversee regulatory, tax, and audit requirements in collaboration with external partners.Lead, mentor, and grow the internal finance team.Support commercial contract negotiations and client financial terms.Present financial results and strategy updates to the CEO, board, and investors.What We Need to See (Essential)Progressive finance leadership, ideally within marketing, advertising, or professional services.Strong experience with project-based financial models and client profitability analysis.Proven success building scalable processes and managing high-growth organizations.Excellent communicator, with the ability to translate financial insights into clear business recommendations.Solid knowledge of US GAAP.What We'd Love to See (Bonus)CPA and/or MBA.Background in high-growth, creative businesses.Salary: 300k + bonusAt Harmonic, we are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace.
