Job DescriptionVaughn Ford of Zachary is seeking a Ford Senior Master Diesel Technician. This is a high-level role for a specialist who lives and breathes diesel diagnostics and repair. We are building a dedicated Ford Pro Shop featuring full climate control to ensure our team has the best possible working environment in the South.
We are willing to pay you what you are worth. Our tech pay is the highest in the area, and we offer a transparent environment where you can focus on what you do best: fixing trucks.

Highest Flat Rate in the Region.
Straightforward pay plan with no hidden "productivity" traps.
Negotiable based on your expertise and Senior Master status.
Credentials: Must have current Ford Senior Master credentials.
Specialization: Must specialize in Diesel Diagnosis and Repair.
Ability to commute to Zachary, LA.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Perform expert-level diagnostics and repairs on Ford PowerStroke diesel engines and heavy-duty chassis.
Lead the new Ford Pro Shop in technical excellence and diesel performance.
Execute complex engine teardowns, fuel system repairs, and after-treatment diagnostics.
Maintain "Fixed Right First Time" standards on all heavy-duty and fleet repairs.
Utilize the latest Ford diagnostic equipment in a brand-new, climate-controlled facility.
Mentor junior technicians and assist with complex diesel diagnostic hurdles.
Provide clear, honest documentation for all warranty and customer-pay repairs.
Brand New Facility: Work in a cutting-edge Ford Pro Shop with full climate control.
