Warehouse, Shipping & Inventory Coordinator

Location: Denton, TX

About Us

Everglory Products Corporation is a growing manufacturing company specializing in paper products. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse, Shipping & Inventory Coordinator to support warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping activities, and logistics coordination.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient shipment processing, and effective communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Management

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and material flow
• Maintain an organized warehouse environment and ensure proper storage of materials and finished goods
• Coordinate receiving, storage, and inventory activities

Inventory Control

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Support inventory reporting and analysis

Shipping & Receiving

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Prepare shipping documents, packing lists, and related paperwork
• Communicate with freight carriers and logistics providers
• Verify incoming shipments and maintain receiving records
• Track shipments and assist in resolving shipping issues

ERP System Management

• Maintain accurate inventory transactions within the ERP system
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry for receiving, production, and shipping activities
• Support inventory and operational reporting through ERP data

Communication & Coordination

• Work closely with production, purchasing, logistics, and management teams
• Provide timely updates regarding inventory and shipment status
• Support process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping, logistics, or inventory management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred

• Experience with ERP systems or warehouse management software
• Forklift certification or forklift operating experience
• Manufacturing or industrial environment experience
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
• Experience coordinating freight shipments and inventory control
