Pre-Licensed Customer Service Rep

Resolving complex consumer issues, the remote Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative will assist policyholders with billing inquiries and policy changes while providing support to first-level representatives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level concerns Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns Support policyholders by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary for their needs Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to type at least 25 words per minute Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
