Sales Associate Fintech

Responsibilities Work closely with senior members of the fintech sales team to own and co‑own client relationships. Prepare presentations, proposals and coordinate with internal teams for live deals. Become a subject‑matter expert in fintech & payments, crypto market, and BitGo's custody, trading, staking, lending, and DeFi products. Drive and manage client requests, issues and initiatives across multiple teams (trading, lending, operations, compliance, support). Own the full sales cycle: prospect new business, generate and qualify leads, nurture contacts, close deals. Conduct consultative sales calls and product deep dives, leveraging BitGo’s product expertise. Skills & Experience 2–6 years of experience in crypto, traditional finance (investment or corporate banking), or fintech; client‑facing experience preferred but not required. Knowledge of fintech, financial markets, crypto market trends, custody required. Ability to work in a competitive, fast‑paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Nice to Haves Interest in digital assets. Knowledge of payments, protocols and tokens, DeFi, NFTs. Experience in investment or corporate banking, structured products, consulting, or other front‑office financial roles. Pay Transparency: Depending upon leveling, the compensation for this role averages between $115,000 – $125,000 USD base salary with uncapped commission, equity and benefits.
