Assistant Attorney General - Public Counsel Unit, Seattle

The Public Counsel Unit of the Washington Attorney General’s Office is seeking an experienced attorney to represent customers of state‑regulated utilities and transportation companies before the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission. Applicants should have a law degree accredited by the ABA or completed the WSBA Rule 6 Law Clerk Program and be licensed to practice in Washington State. Preferred: Five or more years of litigation experience; experience with electric, natural gas, water, or similar services; economics, accounting, or finance experience; experience in clean energy strategies; public policy experience.
