Job Description We are seeking a Production Supervisor ‑ 3rd Shift for our Salisbury, North Carolina Plant. Primary Job Duties Supervise, coach, and develop employees’ skills and abilities. Be knowledgeable of job procedures and operation of machinery on the molding and assembly lines. Provide on‑the‑job training for associates including work instructions, procedures, and safe operation of equipment and machinery. Instruct and enforce safety practices and regulations; create a safe working area and safety‑mindful atmosphere. Maintain a high standard of housekeeping to ensure a clean, orderly and safe operation. Control cost and waste levels through efficient use of manpower and facilities and reduce costs through improved methods. Maintain good relations with production and office associates as well as with peers to create a harmonious environment between groups or departments. Ensure that established quality standards are being maintained. Maintain updated records reflecting each associate’s training in all operations within their work area by use of sign‑off sheets. Maintain proper time keeping and reporting daily. Ensure all production reports are accurate and completed on time. Must be open and available to work on any shift. Qualifications Degree or equivalent work experience and prior experience in a leadership role. Five to eight years of manufacturing experience. Good mechanical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Basic PC skills. Sound judgment and decision‑making skills.
