Nurse (LPN) Health Services (2026-2027) Location: Perry Elementary

Scope of Responsibilities Functions in an LPN role as defined by the Kentucky Board of Nursing Scope of Practice. Collaborates with the assigned Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Health Services Nurse Practitioners who provide direction and delegation (APRN) to provide health services as outlined by the Kentucky Board of Nursing Scope of Practice for RNs and Advisory Opinion Statement on Roles of School Nurses in School Nursing Practice. Works with students, staff and families to support health and wellness in assigned work location(s).
