Dietary Aide As Needed Occasional

Dietary Aide job duties include but are not limited to the responsibilities below:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Hours ~ All Shifts as Needed and Required
- Weekends and Holidays Required
- Serving dining room tables
- Communicating resident requests with the cook-supervisor
- Stocking refrigerators
- Cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces
- Ability to safely use kitchen equipment (Toasters, Coffee Makers, Steamtables, Plate Warmers, etc.)
- Taking and recording temperatures of food and refrigeration
- Dishwashing
- Pot washing
- Taking out trash
- Sweeping/mopping floors
- Putting orders away
- Cleaning assignments, as directed
- Lifting 20lbs
The position consists of setting up the dining room, serving our residents, washing dishes, washing pots & cleaning the kitchen for the next shift, required.
Position Requirements:
- High School diploma/GED.
- Experience working with a senior care population, preferred.
- Must be over 18 years of age.
