Dietary Aide (As Needed / Occasional)

Dietary Aide job duties include but are not limited to the responsibilities below:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Hours ~ All Shifts as Needed and Required
• Weekends and Holidays Required
• Serving dining room tables
• Communicating resident requests with the cook-supervisor
• Stocking refrigerators
• Cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces
• Ability to safely use kitchen equipment (Toasters, Coffee Makers, Steamtables, Plate Warmers, etc.)
• Taking and recording temperatures of food and refrigeration
• Dishwashing
• Pot washing
• Taking out trash
• Sweeping/mopping floors
• Putting orders away
• Cleaning assignments, as directed
• Lifting 20lbs

The position consists of setting up the dining room, serving our residents, washing dishes, washing pots & cleaning the kitchen for the next shift, required.

Position Requirements:

• High School diploma/GED.
• Experience working with a senior care population, preferred.
• Must be over 18 years of age.
