Licensed Hair Stylist / Cosmetologist – Flexible Schedule + High Earnings Potential
Join one of the largest Great Clips franchise organizations in the country! We are currently hiring licensed stylists for full-time and part-time positions. Enjoy a busy salon with an established customer base, flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and strong earning potential from day one.
Our stylists averaged $33.17/hour last week including base pay, productivity bonuses, product commissions, and tips . No employee in our company earns less than $20/hour total compensation.
- Established clientele and high walk-in traffic.
- Flexible full-time and part-time schedules.
- $300 signing bonus.
- Free professional shears for interviewing ($199 MSRP).
- Base pay + productivity bonuses + product commissions + tips.
- Virtual and hands-on training programs.

Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to determine haircut and styling preferences.
- Provide quality haircuts, shampooing, and styling services.
- Recommend professional hair care products.
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced salon environment.
Requirements:
- Valid cosmetology or barber license.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented salon environment.
- Experience with styling tools and hair products preferred.
