ProAssure Enablement Specialist, Advanced Ops (Remote)

This role provides advanced technical services and enablement for enterprise healthcare customers using Stryker's ProAssure platform. The specialist will partner across teams to define operational requirements, establish support processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives for new solutions and services.

Responsibilities

• Partner with ProAssure Services leadership on operational planning, service strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead strategic projects and process improvement efforts across ProAssure Services and cross-functional teams
• Assess operational requirements and define technical support processes for new solutions and services
• Conduct discovery and develop scalable service capabilities by evaluating product deployment in customer environments
• Serve as trusted technical partner to customers, anticipating needs and recommending improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Technology; or 6+ years relevant experience without degree
• Minimum 4 years healthcare IT experience supporting infrastructure and IT teams in healthcare settings
• Demonstrated experience training and supporting clinical end users through on-site rounding
• Knowledge of clinical system integrations and experience managing database-driven systems
• Ability to travel up to 50% within US with potential international travel
• US citizenship required
• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel

Compensation: $89,300 - $193,400 USD annual (varies by pay band)
