The Lead Maintenance professional oversees and coordinates maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency and safety across facilities. This role involves managing maintenance schedules, troubleshooting issues, and leading a team to maintain equipment and infrastructure in optimal condition.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise maintenance team operations
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules
- Conduct inspections and diagnose equipment issues
- Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate maintenance records
- Train and mentor maintenance staff
Required Qualifications
- CPO certification
- HVAC expertise
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance roles
