Summary The Cosmetics Beauty Advisor provides personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to guests in-store. This role focuses on driving sales through expert product knowledge, cultivating client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. The advisor supports merchandising standards and participates in promotional events to grow the brand presence. Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one consultations, product demonstrations, and tailored recommendations Meet and exceed individual sales goals and support store performance Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up and guesteling Maintain merchandising, stock levels, and visual presentation on the sales floor Operate POS, process transactions, and ensure accurate record keeping Requirements 2+ years of retail or beauty sales experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills with a passion for beauty Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends Comfort standing for extended periods and performing light lifting #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
