Job Summary
We are seeking an outgoing and energetic Tennis Coach to join our team in Newport Beach. As a Coach, you will design and lead age-appropriate practices and drills, offer guidance and mentorship, and assist with team administration. If you have a sports or coaching background we want to hear from you!

- Lead Private and Group Lessons
- Follow age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, endurance, skill development, and drills.
- Lead structured practices
- Provide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragement
- Individualize practices to suit each players abilities
- Communicate with parents/guardians
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Assist with all administrative matters relating to the team
Qualifications
- Previous experience coaching tennis is required
- Comfortable with speaking to and educating players and for jr tennis coaches, the parents
- Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred but not required
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
