What You'll Do:

• Generate leads, schedule appointments, and assess client needs—all from the comfort of your home
• Deliver customized insurance quotes, highlighting coverage options and pricing comparisons
• Present insurance products clearly to help clients make informed decisions
• Provide exceptional follow-up and after-sales service to build lasting relationships
• Collaborate with your agency team to meet goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences

What We're Looking For:

• Proven sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing preferred)
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with customers
• Must hold a valid Property & Casualty license

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
