Base Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 / year + performance bonuses & commissions

What You Will Do:

• Drive Lease-Up Success: Take full ownership of a new development property, executing aggressive leasing strategies to achieve fast stabilization.
• Lead with Purpose: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing on-site leasing and maintenance team.
• Manage Financials: Oversee the property budget, control operational expenses, maximize revenue, and handle regular corporate financial reporting.
• Create Moments: Transform everyday resident experiences into exceptional, memorable interactions.
• Own the Operation: Manage daily property workflows with complete integrity, ensuring compliance with housing regulations and company standards.

What We Are Looking For:

• Miami Market Expertise: Deep operational knowledge of the Miami real estate landscape is required.
• Proven Lease-Up Experience: Must have successfully led at least one major multifamily or student housing lease-up campaign from construction/pre-leasing through stabilization.
• Live Local Property Experience (Huge Plus): Direct experience managing "Live Local" or workforce/affordable housing initiatives in Florida is highly preferred.
• Leadership Traits: A natural team builder who "owns it" and chooses responsibility over excuses.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional professional written and verbal communication skills.
