Pay Details Average weekly pay: $1,600-$2,200 $83,000-$115,000/year $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus Detention pay 25% Load Paid orientation $200/day Additional Perks Hire‑On Assistance: We cover your rental car, fuel reimbursement, hotel stay, and lunch during orientation. Local Dispatcher Flexible home time 401K with matching Schedule Regional routes are dispatched weekly with weekend home time. OTR routes are dispatched for 2 weeks out, home every other weekend. Job Details Hauling Pneumatic Dry Bulk Non‑hazmat Non‑food grade No endorsements required Pneumatic training offered Responsibilities Hands on loading and unloading of product Monitoring trailer during loading and unloading Safely delivering shipments to assigned customers Completion of all required paperwork, including getting required signatures on documents and bill of laddings Maintaining and complying with all state and federal laws Obeying DOT and FMCSA E‑log requirements Submitting all load documents in a timely manner Upholding a professional attitude at all times Keeping load appointments on time and as scheduled Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License Current Medical Certificate 1-year verifiable tractor‑trailer experience Past 7 years without: Driving violation involving the consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances; A preventable rollover or fatality crash Past 3 years without: License suspensions involving drug and/or alcohol, or a record that would indicate a disregard for public safety; A major preventable accident; Two or more moving convictions Benefits Holiday and vacation pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance Employee Assistance Program Life insurance, disability insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (Health & Dependent Care) Who You Are Are you a hard working driver with a great work ethic?
